Dr. Alexander Bader, MD, FAAOCG, FAACS
The pioneer who brought aesthetic gynaecology surgery to Europe — and put intimate health on the global stage.
Dr. Alexander Bader is a London-based, internationally acclaimed OB/GYN and cosmetic gynecologist who pioneered cosmetic vaginal surgery (CVS) in Europe. He was the first doctor on the continent to dedicate his entire practice to aesthetic and reconstructive gynecology, becoming a true reference point in this evolving field.
With over 3,000 surgical cases and a career spanning decades, Dr. Bader is often described as “the man who put intimate surgery on the European map.” His expertise, refined through daily exposure to complex cases, is sought worldwide — both by patients and by doctors eager to learn from the best.
He is the Founder of the Bader Medical Institute of London, a visiting surgeon in prestigious clinics in Dubai, and President of the European Society of Aesthetic Gynecology (ESAG), through which he has trained hundreds of physicians globally in hands-on masterclasses.
Born in Greece, with strong Balkan roots, Dr. Bader now brings his legacy home as Vice President of BSARG, supporting this new educational and professional platform with vision, integrity, and passion.

Dr. Ana‑Maria Mihai, MD, PhD

Dr. Ana-Maria Mihai is a Romanian OB/GYN with a PhD in medical sciences and a deep clinical focus on surgical & non-surgical aesthetic, functional, and regenerative gynecology. Known for her evidence-based, integrative approach, she combines cutting-edge treatments with a strong emphasis on ethics, patient-centered care, and long-term results.
With international training and a strong academic foundation, she has become a leading voice in the new generation of aesthetic gynecologists — advocating for better education, higher clinical standards, and a holistic view of women’s intimate health.
As the Founder and President of BSARG (Balkan Society of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Gynecology), Dr. Ana-Maria Mihai created this platform to respond to a growing need in the region: structured, responsible, and top-tier training in a field often misunderstood or misapplied.
